A rapidly growing tech company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Computer Systems Analyst to join our team In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our computer systems networks and software applications to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems networks and software applications
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop test plans and conduct testing on new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train users on new systems or features as needed
- Provide technical support to team members as needed
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks software applications and programming languages such as Java C++ or Python
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven experience in system analysis design implementation testing and maintenance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a tech startup or software development company
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with database management
