Job Overview
Amazon Key for Business (KfB) is expanding its technology footprint to transform the delivery experience for customers. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will partner with sales leaders to develop plans, processes, and optimization strategies that drive efficiency and scale across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to identify short‑term and long‑term operational goals.
- Define, develop, and implement new processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve team performance.
- Leverage AI tools and modern technology to streamline workflows, automate repeatable processes, and operationalize new efficiencies.
- Collaborate with KfB’s Business Intelligence, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure all processes align with Amazon’s customer‑obsessed culture and that installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction‑free manner.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
- 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
- Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.
The base salary range for this position is $88,100.00 – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
