The Palms IT team is seeking a Technician IT to support our casino operations in Las Vegas. You will assist end users with provisioning, hardware/software installs, troubleshooting, and VoIP configurations, while maintaining service levels across a 24/7 production environment.
You will work under the guidance of the Director of IT, document issues, and participate in IT projects, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
