- Mon – Fri, 8a to 5p - Must Be a US Citizen!
- Assigned service requests to repair Laptops and Desktops in the metro area.
- Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Perform whole unit swaps, repair, or replace PC peripherals.
- Use reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas.
- Close service tickets in real time in the Company Call Management system using a Company-provided phone.
- Must have own reliable car and car insurance.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate past responsibility in similar roles.
- Strong social skills to build a good working relationship with clients.
- Technically established and knowledgeable of IT.
- Stable work history without frequent job changes.
