Switch is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician I to provide first-level technical support to our Las Vegas team. You will resolve hardware, software, and access issues and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
This is an on-site role based in Las Vegas. You will set up workstations, manage Active Directory accounts, and assist with onboarding/offboarding IT tasks while following established procedures.
