Senior Digital Program Manager
We are seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead the execution of strategic digital initiatives across our enterprise. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant influence, where you'll drive complex, cross-functional digital programs from concept to completion while shaping how we work as an organization. You'll operate at the intersection of execution excellence, strategic process design, and emerging technology.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating evolving priorities, brings clarity and practical structure to complex work, and can fluidly move between formal program governance and hybrid execution models depending on what each initiative requires.
This position will support our Commerce group under our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
- Dallas, TX
- Chicago, IL
- Las Vegas, NV
- Own the delivery of the organization's most critical digital programs and projects, partnering with technology, product, business, and external vendor teams to drive measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage integrated plans, schedules, and budgets across multiple concurrent work streams.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution before they become blockers.
- Serve as the single accountable owner for program scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes, making the trade-off decisions required to keep initiatives on track and escalating only what genuinely requires executive resolution.
- Facilitate executive-level steering committees and provide clear, honest status communication to stakeholders at every level.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure accountability and value delivery.
- Define the success metrics and value narrative for each program, and hold internal teams, vendors, and partners accountable to delivering against them.
- Adapt across waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, and emergent program structures based on what each initiative needs rather than strict adherence to any single methodology.
- Own the evolution of the organization's program management practices, defining and standardizing the frameworks, tooling, and governance that simplify and scale how work gets done across the enterprise.
- Establish and enforce consistent intake, prioritization, and governance approaches across business units with varying levels of maturity, and coach those teams toward greater delivery maturity.
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation to add leverage—reducing manual effort in status reporting, risk identification, documentation, and stakeholder communication—and define, pilot, and scale solutions in partnership with technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
- 12+ years of progressive, hands-on program and project management experience directly leading digital, technology, or transformation programs at enterprise scale. Demonstrated track record of personally owning and delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives end to end in environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and imperfect information. Experience operating in a $1B+ enterprise environment, and direct delivery experience across at least two of the following, is strongly preferred: digital transformation, ERP, customer-facing technology, or data and analytics programs.
