Information Technology Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location:
Las Vegas, NV 89044 US (Primary)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
Training and
Experience:
Possess 2+ years of personal computer hardware/software maintenance and Help Desk experience. USAF communication squadron experience is highly desired.
Computer
Skills:
Security+ certification is required.
Security Clearance: Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate, monitor usage, maintain, and properly dispose of and replace training delivery system hardware.
- Troubleshoot delivery system performance issues.
- Procure, install, and integrate delivery system upgrades.
- Recommend upgrades to delivery system software applications.
- Recommend software upgrades for production of training content changes.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
