Information Security Analyst

Location Las Vegas USA We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our companys data and systems

• Conduct regular network and system vulnerability assessments
• Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity
• Implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats
• Create and maintain security policies and procedures
• Investigate and respond to security incidents
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends threats and technologies

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in information security
• Strong knowledge of network protocols firewalls intrusion detection systems etc
• Experience with risk assessment and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO  NIST etc
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM etc
• Experience with cloud security
• Knowledge of compliance regulations HIPAA GDPR

Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience

This is a contract position with the possibility for full-time employment
