Application Engineer II

We are seeking a Level II Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team, supporting a portfolio of critical business systems. This team is responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
, identity and access platforms, IT service management tools, and enterprise integrations.

This role will play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications
, with strong exposure to API integrations and emerging mobile applications
.

• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
• Analyze issues across applications, integrations, and data flows
• 2-5+ years of Application Support / Systems Analyst experience
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications
• Exposure to API integrations and troubleshooting

This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV.
