We are looking for a dependable and hands‑on IT Support & Systems Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day technology support for our office and employees.
This position will be responsible for setting up new employees with computers, email accounts, company applications, iPads, and mobile phones, as well as troubleshooting everyday computer and technology issues.
The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows computers, Microsoft 365, email administration, mobile devices, printers, basic networking, and general office technology. Some basic knowledge of servers and network infrastructure is preferred.
This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping employees, and keeping company technology organized and operational.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily IT support to office staff and management.
- Set up computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other office equipment.
- Set up new employees with company technology and system access.
- Create and manage Microsoft 365 and company email accounts.
- Configure Outlook, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications.
- Reset passwords and troubleshoot employee login and access issues.
- Set up and maintain company iPads, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Install and configure company applications on computers and mobile devices.
- Maintain an inventory of company computers, iPads, cell phones, chargers, and other IT equipment.
- Issue equipment to employees and maintain records of who is responsible for each device.
- Recover and reset company equipment when an employee leaves the company.
- Troubleshoot Windows computer problems, software errors, internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Install software, updates, drivers, and security patches.
- Assist employees with basic computer and technology questions.
- Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist with company printers and network‑connected equipment.
- Provide basic support for company servers and server‑related issues.
- Assist senior IT vendors or outside IT providers when more advanced server or network work is required.
- Maintain proper backups and help monitor company systems.
- Help maintain antivirus, security software, and device protection.
- Make sure company computers and devices remain updated and secure.
- Help manage employee access to company systems and remove access immediately when employees leave.
- Maintain organized documentation of passwords, equipment, licenses, software subscriptions, and IT procedures using company‑approved secure systems.
- Communicate with outside IT vendors, internet providers, phone providers, and software companies when technical support is required.
- Help troubleshoot company phone systems and office telecommunications.
- Maintain an organized IT storage area with spare computers, phones, cables, chargers, and equipment.
Candidate should have working knowledge of:

Knowledge of mobile‑device management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune is a plus.
Qualifications- 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with employees who may have limited technical knowledge.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT requests and prioritize urgent problems.
