The Network Administrator, Intern is responsible for supporting network, voice, firewall, Microsoft Teams Voice, and security operations through ticket resolution, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and client support.
The role works with Network Engineers and other technical teams to support client incidents and requests and gain practical experience in network and infrastructure technologies.

Role- Work with Network Engineers to resolve tickets relating to networks, voice systems, firewalls, Microsoft Teams Voice, and security.
- Triage, assign, and resolve client tickets and service requests.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation for network, voice, firewall, and application environments.
- Support testing activities for network, voice, firewall, and application implementations.
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 client incidents and requests in a service desk environment.
- Respond to security alerts and elevate issues as appropriate.
- Generate project status reports and provide project support.
- Perform basic project coordination activities as required.
- Support client-facing technical activities while following established processes and procedures.

Education QualificationCollege coursework in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Cisco role-based certification, A+, Security+, Network+, or related coursework preferred. Familiarity with business processes and technical documentation. Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and teamwork skills.
