Onsite Field Service Manager

Canon U.S.A. seeks an Onsite Field Service Manager to lead a team supporting digital imaging and printing systems for key manufacturing clients. You will oversee daily onsite service operations, manage schedules and performance, ensure rapid resolution of equipment issues, and drive high customer satisfaction. Partner with engineering and operations to improve uptime, implement best practices, and analyze service metrics. This role blends technical field service leadership, hands-on problem solving, and customer relationship management within a culture of innovation and Kyosei-driven collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor onsite field service technicians supporting Canon imaging and printing systems.
• Oversee daily service operations, schedules, and workload allocation at client sites.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Monitor service KPIs, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and service quality concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address recurring technical problems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
• Support training, onboarding, and skills development for field service staff.
