- Desktop Support Technician supporting an onsite enterprise device refresh/deployment initiative.
- Responsible for getting LVS employees fully operational on new Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices, from provisioning through configuration and troubleshooting.
- Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.
- Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment.
- Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook.
- Back up and migrate iOS data through One Drive.
- Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and elevate when necessary.
- Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.

- Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting
