- Fri) Day to Day:
Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment. Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook. Back up and migrate iOS data through One Drive. Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working. Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary. Collect, tag, document, and process old devices. Must Haves:
Hands-on desktop/PC support or deployment experience Windows 11 support iOS/iPhone support Device provisioning/enrollment Strong end-user/customer-facing support skills Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting Must work 100% onsite in Las Vegas, M–F, 9–5 Plusses:
