Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and providing tailored personal and business insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy reviews, advising clients on coverage options, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to advise clients on appropriate options
• State licensure for Property and Casualty Insurance required (or ability to obtain licensure promptly)
• Proven sales or client management experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with insurance software and tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
