Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will assist clients with their insurance needs, process service requests, evaluate coverage options, and provide personalized recommendations. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling policy inquiries, and processing quotes and claims efficiently.
Additionally, you’ll play a role in team support and contribute to meeting the agency’s sales goals.
- Provide service to agency Clients
- Cross-Sell all products of the agency
- Assist in managing weekly marketing systems and confirming future appointments
- Maintain agency computer files and records
- Overseeing and maintain client application and policy information
- Update policies and make all applicable changes
- Accurately communicate billing and billing changes
- Understand, articulate and communicate the meaning of Insurance coverages
- Writing new business on all personal lines offered
- Customer Service and Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and addressing client concerns effectively. - Insurance Knowledge:
Understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverage options, and state regulatory requirements will be highly valued. - Sales and Problem-Solving:
Strong sales acumen, ability to identify client needs, and provide appropriate insurance solutions. - Administrative and Technical Proficiency:
Capable of processing policies, claims, and quotes with attention to detail; proficient in relevant software and tools. - Organization and Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Relevant
Work Experience:
Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service for a minimum of 2 years - Licensing:
An active P&C insurance license is required - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or a college degree is a plus. - Deadline and detail-oriented

- Proficient with Basic Word Processing and computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide wonderful customer service
