Consumer demand is at an all-time high. Unlike traditional debt relief options like settlement, collections, or bankruptcy, the consumer rights attorneys offer a unique and specialized service, disputing clients’ debts and helping them take control of their financial futures.

We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our complex Salesforce environment. Our instance includes extensive custom objects, custom Apex classes, and integrations with AWS services. This role is critical in ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve frequently.

• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent data standards
• Support release testing and change deployment processes
• Monitor system health and performance
• Build and maintain Flow automations
• Improve business processes through system enhancements
• Document configuration and process changes clearly
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Client Support, and other departments to gather requirements
• Provide support and training to end users
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership and conduct data audits and cleanup initiatives
• Support change tracking and documentation
• Assist with testing and UAT coordination
• Ensure changes align with architectural standards

• At least three (3) years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong experience with:
  • Flow automation (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, etc.)
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • Security and permission models
  • Data imports and data management
• Experience working in highly customized Salesforce environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working alongside Salesforce Architects or Developers is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (not required to code) is highly preferred
• Experience in environments with AWS integrations is highly preferred
• Experience in high-growth or fast-changing organizations is highly preferred
