A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a junior associate (1–3 years PQE) to join its corporate practice in Las Vegas. This is a high‑visibility role within a busy and nationally connected transactional team. Associates are given significant client‑facing responsibility and direct partner mentorship from day one.

• Draft and review acquisition agreements, venture financing documents, and corporate governance materials
• Support senior attorneys on public and private M&A deals, investment rounds, and recapitalizations
• Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate closings
• Work with startups, VC funds, and established businesses on a range of strategic transactions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and play an integral role in deal execution

• 1–3 years of corporate transactional experience (including M&A, VC, and/or PE)
• Strong knowledge of acquisition and investment documentation
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal judgment and commercial instincts
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school; top academic performance preferred
• Admission to the Nevada Bar required (or willing to sit)

Base Salary: $175,000 – $245,000 (Las Vegas market)
