One of our favorite law firm clients, a successful national litigation firm, is seeking a litigation paralegal in their Las Vegas office. This paralegal will work on cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation.
To be considered, paralegal candidates will have at least three years of experience in a defense law firm and possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage critical deadlines.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities- Performing legal research
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- E‑filing with state and federal courts
- Calendaring and managing docket
- Assisting with discovery
- Preparing deposition materials and summaries
- Document review
- Interviewing witnesses
- Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
