Litigation Associate needed for Las Vegas Law firm with 3-5 years of experience practicing law with recent general/business litigation experience. This Attorney will also handle Construction cases as well.
This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice law is a plus; however, it is not a requirement.

Requirements- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- 3-5 years of practicing law
- Recent experience in general/business litigation
- Experience in Construction law preferred
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Legal Research and writing
- Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
