Plaintiff-side Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established and fast-growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys client advocacy, and is ready to take ownership of cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation
• Handle client communication, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and negotiate liens
• Work closely with medical providers, experts, and investigators
• Prepare cases for arbitration and trial as needed
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure deadlines and case progression

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred (litigation experience strongly valued)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle cases independently
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high client contact
