We are a full-service estate planning, asset protection, and probate legal firm serving clients through all stages of life. Our small-sized, busy law firm is located near Downtown Summerlin and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented estate planning and/or probate Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in various estate planning and probate, drafting, and matter management.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic law office environment while further developing legal skills.

• Conduct client meetings and be able to recommend estate planning/probate needs based on the client's situation.
• Draft legal documents, including estate planning documents, probate pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with attorneys to analyze case facts and develop legal strategies.
• Attend court hearings or client meetings as required.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and gather necessary information for ongoing matters.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in Westlaw or similar legal research platforms.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
• Familiarity with various areas of law including estate planning, asset protection and probate law. Estate/Probate Law is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $ per year salary - plus bonus.
