Las Vegas Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 - 5 years of experience practicing law. This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice is a plus; however, it is not a requirement.
Practice Areas- General/Business Litigation
- Construction cases
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Recent experience in General/Business Litigation
- Experience in Construction Law is helpful
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Legal Research and writing
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
- Conduct Depositions
- Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
