• The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas and have a three to six years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments.
• Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same.
• This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
• Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is: $215,000 to $245,000 per year
