Boutique immigration law firm focused exclusively on family-based immigration and naturalization is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our growing practice.
We are a detail-oriented firm serving serious clients nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional who takes pride in precision, organization, and high-quality case preparation.
Responsibilities- Conduct client intakes in Spanish and English
- Prepare and manage family-based immigration cases (I-130, I-485, I-751, I-601A, NVC processing)
- Draft correspondence and assist with RFE responses
- Prepare clients for USCIS interviews
- Maintain organized case files and deadlines
Communicate professionally and confidently with clients - Identify and elevate legal questions to the attorney
The attorney provides legal strategy and oversight; this position plays a central role in day-to-day case management.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years full-time immigration paralegal experience, to include leadership roles
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish (required)
- Experience independently preparing family-based filings
- Experience with USCIS online accounts and NVC processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
