Long Standing, Plaintiff, Personal Injury Law firm has openings for Legal Assistants to work on Pre-Litigation cases. This is a busy and fast-pace office, with various departments to work in. The positions are due to growth and are full-time, in office positions.

If you have experience in any of the following areas, we would like to interview you!


· New client intake

· Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster

· Monitor client’s medical treatments

· Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.

· Preparing Demands

· Negotiating Lien Reductions and Disbursal

You must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, compassionate, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

This firm offers excellent benefits. Salary will range between $22-30 per hour (DOE).
