Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 per year

We are hiring a litigation attorney for our Las Vegas office to support a growing civil and business litigation practice.

• Handle complex civil litigation matters with a focus on construction defect and business disputes.
• Manage cases through all phases including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Draft high‑quality motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct advanced legal research and develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain ownership of case organization, deadlines, and case progression.

• Active and good standing Nevada bar license
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in construction defect or business litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional judgment, responsiveness, and strong client communication skills.
