This is a full‑time, on‑site Litigation Associate role located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing motions, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending court appearances, participating in depositions, and assisting in the litigation process. The role involves working collaboratively with a team to meet clients’ needs while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in law and courts
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents
• Strong research skills to support case development and strategy
• Experience in conducting and participating in depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law
• Experience in litigation or a related field is preferred
