Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Collaborate with attorneys and senior legal team members on litigation strategy and complex legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate directly with clients and provide consistent case status reporting
• Ensure compliance with applicable client guidelines and litigation protocols

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to practice in the State of Nevada
• 3+ years of experience in general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation defense matters
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Legal project management experience is a plus

• Regular involvement in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Client‑facing experience with strategic reporting responsibilities
• Familiarity with legal project management or workflow optimization
• Salary range: $150,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)
