A leading employment law firm is seeking a 2-6 year Employment Litigation Associate to join its established Las Vegas office.

The RoleYou will join a collaborative Employment Litigation team and work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters. The role offers meaningful responsibility and hands‑on experience, alongside strong mentorship and clear progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing substantive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Defending claims in state and federal court
- Representing employers before administrative agencies (including the EEOC and NLRB)
- Advising clients on day‑to‑day employment issues and compliance matters
- Drafting and revising employee handbooks and policies
- Delivering client training and contributing to educational programmes
- Utilising innovative legal technology platforms to support client solutions
- 2-6 years’ substantive litigation experience
- Experience in labour and employment law preferred, though strong litigators from other practice areas with a genuine interest in employment law will be considered
