ABOUT THE ROLE
Clean Nutra is a $150M+ supplement brand operating at high volume across Amazon FBA, Tik Tok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart — with 250+ active SKUs and 15,000+ orders per day. Supply chain isn’t a support function here. It’s a core business driver, and we need someone who treats it that way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own the end-to-end supply chain: demand planning, procurement, co‑manufacturer management, logistics, and multi‑channel inventory — with full accountability to performance and cost
- Lead the S&OP process — translating sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and channel‑level demand signals into production plans, POs, and inventory positioning decisions
- Manage co‑manufacturer relationships: capacity reservations, pricing negotiations, lead‑time management, dual‑sourcing strategies, and quality agreement oversight
- Own inventory across every node — CMO buffer, 3PL, Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and owned DC — with channel‑specific targets for turns, stock position, and days of supply
- Optimize Amazon FBA operations: inbound routing, restock strategies, IPI score management, stranded inventory, and storage fee mitigation
- Manage and negotiate 3PL relationships and carrier contracts; own cost‑per‑unit‑shipped as a KPI and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure full FDA 21 CFR Part 111 compliance across the supply chain — lot traceability, FEFO discipline, COA management, and recall readiness
- Build and lead a supply‑chain team of planners, procurement managers, logistics coordinators, and operations staff — developing talent and building process‑driven accountability
- Partner with finance on working‑capital efficiency, inventory write‑off management, and landed cost modeling
- Implement and optimize systems infrastructure: ERP, WMS, demand‑planning tools, and integrations across all sales channels
- Identify supply risks before they become stockouts — proactive scenario planning, contingency protocols, and buffer‑stock strategies for high‑velocity and high‑risk SKUs
- 12–18 years of supply‑chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Director or VP‑level role owning supply‑chain operations at meaningful scale ($75M+ revenue)
- Proven multi‑channel expertise:
Amazon FBA, Walmart, and DTC/eCommerce simultaneously — you understand the structural differences between these channels and how to balance inventory across them - Deep experience in supplement, CPG, or health/wellness — you understand 21 CFR Part 111, lot traceability, FEFO, and the operational realities of co‑manufacturer‑based production
- Demonstrated track record in demand planning and S&OP — you use data and statistical forecasting, not gut feel, and you can quantify forecast error and its downstream impact
- Financial fluency — you can model landed‑cost changes, size the P&L impact of write‑offs, and speak the CFO’s language when it comes to working‑capital and inventory investment
- Systems‑literate: ERP (Net Suite, Cin7, or equivalent), WMS, and channel‑specific platforms; you’ve led or managed systems implementations and know where the integration gaps are
- A builder — you create scalable processes, document everything, and build teams that don’t need you in every decision
- Las Vegas‑based or committed to relocation
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience managing supplement co‑manufacturers and raw material sourcing — including COA review, dual‑sourcing critical APIs, and navigating ingredient supply constraints
- Background at a recognized DTC supplement or CPG brand at scale
- Experience managing Tik Tok Shop supply chain, including rapid demand spike protocols
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt — process improvement discipline that scales
- Experience building or significantly scaling a supply‑chain organization during a period of rapid growth
- Full ownership of supply chain at a $150M+ operation scaling aggressively — your decisions will have real, visible impact on the business
- A seat at the leadership table and direct access to the CEO — no bureaucracy between you and the decisions that matter
