Sourcing Manager – Manufacturing

Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 per year

We are urgently hiring a Sourcing Manager with a manufacturing background to lead and optimize all aspects of our supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics of raw materials, vendor relationships, alignment with scheduling, and MRP maintenance. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence across the supply chain to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of supply chain experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Must have manufacturing and/or retail experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analytics tools
