Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory
Part‑time position:
Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours. The more availability, the more earnings potential.
Starting Wage: $16.00 - $21.00

- Count and record inventory with precision, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity‑based wage increases are possible.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is valued.
- No inventory experience? Training will be provided.
- Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office or medical sales environment.
- Completion of pharmacy and hospital training certification as required.
- Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
- Ability to learn handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to frequently travel by car and occasionally air, stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel or crouch when accessing lower shelves, frequently use a step stool, and lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
