Lead Global Integrated Planner

As a Lead Global Integrated Planner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our global supply chain performs. This is a high‑impact opportunity to influence end‑to‑end planning, optimize reverse logistics, and drive smarter, data‑informed decisions across the business. • Lead reverse logistics strategy, including returns, refurbishment, and redistribution planning
• Drive end‑to‑end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and NPI
• Apply predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and dashboards
• Evaluate impacts of promotions, warranty, and market changes on demand
• Implement demand and supply realignment processes
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including commercial, finance, and manufacturing
• Influence strategic decisions to improve service levels and cost efficiency
• Communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators
• Support IBP processes and planning initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functions
• Strong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large‑scale data management
• Proven ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operations
• Familiarity with SQL or relational databases
• APICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certifications
• Experience influencing cross‑functional collaborators and driving critical initiatives
• Background in an innovation‑focused or manufacturing environment
