Job DescriptionAs a Receiver, you'll ensure our iconic venues stay fully stocked and operational by managing deliveries
and keeping inventory organized and accurate. You'll receive deliveries, inspect shipments, stock
supplies, and help maintain clean and orderly storage spaces. In a venue where timing is everything and
the energy is nonstop, your role supports the rhythm behind the scenes. As the ideal candidate, you're
detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries and products according to defined policies and procedures.
- Check-in deliveries, reconcile items received to purchase orders, and communicate product delays to management. Complete receiving function by reconciling invoices.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or spoilage. Temp perishable items upon arrival. Note issues and sign all invoice documents. Report and return any unwanted, damaged, or expired product. Inform management of such occurrences.
- Transport F&B stock to designated storage areas. Label products with the receipt date and organize to ensure compliance with FIFO inventory method.
- Stock all locations (concessions, kitchens, bars) including moving food from freezer to refrigerator, checking/replacing kegs, stocking supplies based on par levels, and stocking/icing coolers. Maintain clean, organized storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory. Track and report inventory to F&B management.
- Assist with maintenance in F&B areas. Provide access to cleaners and repair technicians. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure completion.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and seating configurations. May include directing on call staff to move portable bars, stanchions, etc. and resetting post-event.
- Comply with all company issues steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years related experience
Skills and Abilities
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills required
- State Food Handler Safety Card required upon hire
- State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire
- Forklift certification required upon hire
Physical Requirements Speak and hear to communicate effectively and use both near and distance vision to process inventory. Stand and walk for extended periods, while carrying items. Frequently climb up and down a ladder to access storage areas. Regularly lift and carry up to and over 50 lbs., and frequently sit, kneel, bend, and reach to move goods. Continual use of manual dexterity for tasks such as using a computer and handling merchandise.
Working Conditions Restaurant/bar/live music environments, subject to both kitchen and customer areas, in close proximity to others and elevated noise levels.
