Our client is a rapidly growing eCommerce and consumer products organization with a strong presence across multiple sales channels, including Amazon FBA, Shopify, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, and direct-to-consumer platforms. We are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to oversee company-wide inventory health and supply planning operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right location at the right time through effective demand planning, replenishment strategies, purchase order management, and inventory optimization.

This is not a traditional warehouse-focused role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory across multiple eCommerce channels, working with ERP/WMS systems, and optimizing inventory flow across suppliers, warehouses, and marketplace platforms.

• Own inventory accuracy and health across multiple sales channels, including Amazon FBA, Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Shopify, vendor accounts, and internal warehouse operations
• Lead supply planning activities including demand forecasting, replenishment planning, purchase order generation, and inventory allocation
• Manage Amazon FBA inventory processes including inbound shipments, restock planning, stranded inventory, storage limits, and inventory optimization
• Support domestic and international marketplace expansion initiatives
• Manage inventory planning for third-party fulfillment platforms and marketplace channels
• Coordinate vendor and partner inventory replenishment activities to maintain product availability
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, variance investigations, and inventory accuracy improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory data across ERP, WMS, and marketplace systems while resolving discrepancies
• Coordinate inbound inventory flow from manufacturers, suppliers, 3PL partners, and fulfillment centers
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve inventory management, replenishment processes, and operational efficiency
• Monitor inventory KPIs including inventory accuracy, days of supply, stock levels, shrink, and fulfillment performance
• Identify potential supply risks and proactively develop solutions to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
• Partner with supply chain, operations, finance, and sales leadership to improve inventory strategy and capital efficiency

• 7–10+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, or related supply chain roles
• Experience managing inventory within a multi-channel eCommerce, retail, or CPG environment
• Hands-on Amazon FBA experience, including replenishment workflows, inbound shipments, and inventory optimization
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, purchase order management, and inventory allocation
• Experience working with ERP and WMS systems (Cin7 and Ship Hero strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inventory issues and implement process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms while maintaining strong data accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Must be located in Las Vegas, NV

• Experience managing inventory across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Background in supplements, health products, food, or CPG industries
• Experience with lot tracking, batch management, and expiration‑date inventory
• Experience scaling inventory operations in a fast-growing organization
• Experience working with 3PL providers and inbound logistics coordination
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA fee structures, storage optimization, and marketplace inventory performance
