Who We're Looking For
Are you the kind of person who loves solving problems before they become problems? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and keeping the details on track in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to meet you.
As a Business Representative at Modus Link, you'll be the trusted link between our customers and our internal teams — making sure every order, forecast, and delivery runs smoothly. It's a role with real impact, plenty of variety, and the opportunity to grow your career in supply chain and logistics.
What You'll Do- Be the go-to partner for clients — serve as their primary point of contact, keeping communication timely and resolving issues quickly.
- Make things better — spot opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and happier clients.
- Keep operations humming — manage order flow, backlog, inventory, and forecasting with precision, and ensure pricing and invoicing stay accurate.
- Turn data into decisions — analyze KPIs and use SAP ERP and business intelligence tools to sharpen performance.
- Tell the story — build reports and presentations that keep internal and external stakeholders in the loop.
- Collaborate across the board — partner with finance, logistics, and operations teams and jump into cross-functional projects like new client onboarding and supply chain optimization.
- Lift others up — mentor junior team members and help the whole team win.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience and 5+ years in pricing and invoicing.
- Hands-on SAP ERP experience (UPS World Ship is a plus).
- Confident with Microsoft Office 365 — Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A background in business, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Great communication skills and a professional, adaptable, can-do attitude.
- High school diploma or vocational education required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Be part of a global supply chain leader where your work directly shapes client success.
- Enjoy variety — no two days look the same, with real ownership over your accounts and projects.
- Grow your career with exposure to cross-functional projects, new client launches, and leadership opportunities.
- Join a collaborative, supportive team that values fresh ideas and continuous improvement.
You'll work primarily in a climate-controlled office within our warehouse facility. The role involves extended computer use and occasional time on the floor, where you may encounter typical distribution-area conditions such as noise, dust, and lift truck traffic.
