The Specialist, Global Sourcing Operations & Route to Market, provides operational support and day-to-day ownership across Global Sourcing and Route-to-Market activities. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, managing reporting updates, tracking samples, coordinating logistics activities, supporting supplier onboarding, and ensuring information is accurately reflected across systems and tracking tools.

The Specialist serves as a key operational lead for the team, helping ensure projects remain on track and critical information is visible, accurate, and actionable. This position enables the Senior Manager to focus on strategic initiatives, supplier development, commercial opportunities, and operational transformation.

Location: Store Support Center - Las Vegas NV

Pay: $70,000

Data Integrity & Systems Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate supplier, item, SKU, style, and distribution records.
  • Ensure all sourcing and route-to-market systems are updated and aligned.
  • Validate information accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Support data governance initiatives and reporting accuracy.

Sample Tracking & Product Coordination

  • Manage sample requests, receipt, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Track prototype, development, approval, and production samples.
  • Coordinate sample delivery for meetings, line reviews, and vendor discussions.
  • Maintain sample logs and status reporting.
  • Prepare recurring reports and operational trackers.
  • Support KPI reporting and leadership updates.
  • Assist with benefit tracking and operational metrics.
  • Support supplier onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate documentation, contracts, item setup, and system requests.
  • Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution and administrative follow-up.

Project Administration

  • Maintain meeting notes and action logs.
  • Attend meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Support launch readiness reviews.
  • Track milestones and escalated risks.

Process Documentation

  • Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, templates, forms, and reference documents.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain SharePoint resources and team documentation repositories.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, logistics, merchandising, product development, or related business operations.
  • Advanced organizational and coordination skills. Strong Excel skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in maintaining reports and tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
