The Lead Fulfillment Ops serves as an Athlete advocate within Fanatics Commerce's fulfillment operations, engaging internal Athletes to support department goals and remove barriers that stand between the team and daily performance targets. Working under the direction of a Shift or Department Manager, this role directs workflow, supports the orientation and training of new hires, and partners hands‑on with a team of 25–30 workers to deliver consistent production results.

The Lead Fulfillment Ops delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI‑enabled insights.

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Leadership:

• Partner with Shift Managers and Department Managers to align on workflow priorities, shift goals, and performance targets across functional areas.
• Identify operational barriers affecting Athletes and functional teams, escalating and resolving issues in real time to keep the shift on track.

People Leadership:

• Oversee and support a team of 25–30 Athletes, providing day‑to‑day direction, motivation, and accountability to drive individual and collective production success.
• Support the orientation and training of new‑hire Rookies, ensuring they are set up with the knowledge and tools to meet performance expectations from day one.

• Ensure daily production and fulfillment output meets shift goals so that fans receive their orders accurately and on time.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with Athletes to maintain quality and throughput standards that directly support the fan experience.
• Uphold Fanatics' Code of Conduct and Core Values, modeling the behaviors that reflect a commitment to both teammates and fans.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues before they impact fan‑facing outcomes.

• Identify and surface operational barriers quickly, applying sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to resolve them without waiting for step‑by‑step instruction.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC‑based programs to track, manage, and optimize workflow in real time.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities within the shift, recommending process adjustments to the Shift or Department Manager as appropriate.
• Adapt readily to changing priorities, workloads, and tools in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Direct workflow as established by the Shift or Department Manager, maintaining accountability for shift‑level goals and ensuring execution stays on plan.
• Demonstrate strong initiative by moving proactively onto further tasks with or without explicit instruction, keeping the team moving forward at all times.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, setting the standard for the Athletes on the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, remaining flexible and committed to supporting overall department operations.
