Floor Specialist – Las Vegas RBM Services

Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technicians to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in commercial buildings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and their customers. Work is steady and available year round.

• Perform floor cleaning tasks, including maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, using floor manufacturer approved methods.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to remove stains, spills, and debris from carpets, tiles, and other floor surfaces.
• Strip, seal, wax, and buff floors to maintain their shine and protect them from damage.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor care is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate floor care machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors and help take care of machinery.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Most work is Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – until building is complete (usually 6-10 hours).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required.
• Must be honest and have integrity.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to/from the starting location.
• All other duties as assigned.

Full-time

6AM-2PM on a regular day.

When traveling it could be unto 12 hours a day.
