Janitors​/Arena Event Cleaners​/Stadium​/General Cleaner

General Cleaner (Part‑time) – The Burks Companies, Inc.

Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour.
Schedule: 5.0 hour shifts, part‑time.

• Maintain walkways, restrooms, break room areas, windows, entrances, and waste receptacles as assigned.
• Perform general cleaning duties (vacuuming/mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, stairs, walkways, escalators, elevators).
• Keep janitor closet neat and orderly; maintain equipment in good working order; check supplies, chemicals.
• Stock materials and maintain required inventory levels.
• Comply with all safety, security, quality standards and procedures established by TBC and regulatory authorities (OSHA).
• Provide excellent customer service while completing all assigned tasks.

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus (training will be provided).
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and squatting.
• Frequent sitting at a desk/computer for long periods.
• Frequent light lifting of less than 40 pounds.
