Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to perform general cleaning of two multi-unit apartment buildings in Las Vegas, NV. The candidate will maintain a clean and safe environment for building residents, their guests, employees, and other visitors to the site. Appropriately clean and maintain the common areas of the building interior, as well as the building's exterior grounds including the parking, sidewalk and entry areas.

Perform all cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within the required time frame of 3-5 days after unit becomes vacant. This is a full time position split between two locations.

• Clean and maintain common areas of the building interior and exterior grounds (parking, sidewalk, entry areas).
• Perform cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within 3-5 days after a unit becomes vacant.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, guests, employees, and other visitors to the site.

• At least one year of related work experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with individuals with disabilities effectively and appropriately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
