This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Las Vegas, NV. The Maintenance Technician will handle tasks including preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include industrial maintenance duties, ensuring the proper operation and safety of community facilities and systems. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues to maintain a high‑quality living environment for residents.

The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and basic/light maintenance, across our communities. Daily tasks include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and removing debris and or trash, and keeping empty lots clean/clear. The Maintenance Technician will also assist in maintaining community amenities and ensuring that common areas are safe and presentable.

ON‑SITE HOUSING REQUIRED.

• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance processes
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment or system issues
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair techniques
• Ability to work on‑site and manage time effectively
• Strong familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety protocols
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in property management or facility maintenance is an advantage
