Overview
Legacy House of Southern Hills is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in their work.
What You'll Do- Performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Fixing minor plumbing issues and leaks
- Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
- Assisting with landscaping and grounds upkeep
- Supporting general facility projects as assigned
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and staff
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Positive, professional, "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to work in a senior living environment
- Respectful and courteous toward elderly residents
- Reliable and eager to learn (experience helpful but not required)
- $17-$20/hour
