Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.
What you will be doing- Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
- Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
- Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- Pick up garbage around the property daily.
- Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
- Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy is required.
Experience in housekeeping, landscaping, or related fields is preferred.
