- Interact with guests regarding engineering problem resolution
- Perform drywall, painting/staining, and wall vinyl repairs
- Fix plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and filter changes
- Maintain all guestrooms and public space equipment, replace caulk
- Repair and replace Tile/Grout doors, including locking mechanisms and hinges
- Inspect rooms for pest intrusion and replace cosmetic appliance components
- Replace light bulbs, repair closet/drapery tracks
- Replace furniture, stain furniture, and repair nicks and gouges
- Replace remote control batteries and unclog toilets and sinks
- Touch-up paint, glue peeling wallpaper
- Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance and replace faulty plumbing components
- Establish clear communication with the leadership team
- Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned
- 1+ years of related experience
- Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to grasp, stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hospitality Resort related experience
- Valid driver’s license
