The firm’s multifamily portfolio includes 6,000 Class A units, 400 active adult units, 2,200 affordable senior units, and 2,000 units managed for third parties for a total of 10,600 units under management. • One year with a professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC.
• Working knowledge of grounds/common areas.
• Appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.
• Able to attend on‑call after‑hour emergencies at least 3 days a week.
• Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training.
• Working weekends will be required and must have reliable transportation.
• Drug testing required and background check mandatory.
• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and work well with others.
• Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.

• Universal HVAC EPA certification.
• CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if not currently certified.
• Driver's License (Preferred).
• HVAC Certification (Preferred).

• 8‑hour shift.
• Weekends as needed.

$21.00/hour

• Rent discount – employee rent discount after 90 days.
• Medical Insurance – 100% free option available for employees; the company pays a portion of dependent coverage, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days.
• Dental and Vision Insurance – employee and dependent coverage options available, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days.
• Eligible to enroll in our 401K plan on the first day of the quarter following three months of employment.
• Generous PTO package consisting of 13 days of paid time off, pro‑rated in each pay period and increased with tenure (available after 90 days), ten holidays, and one half day annually.
