Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas, NV, for a Janitor. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Tasks include cleaning and sanitizing communal spaces, restrooms, and other designated areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring waste is disposed of properly. The role involves inspecting facilities for cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards, reporting maintenance issues, and occasionally assisting with event preparations or minor repairs.

The ideal candidate ensures a clean, welcoming environment for staff and residents on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, sanitizing, and keeping facilities tidy
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, proactive attitude
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience is beneficial
