This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure business processes are efficient, and manage company resources to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, managing operational workflows, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining alignment with the organization’s vision. Additionally, the COO will collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and organizational success.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning, Operations Management, and overseeing cross-functional workflows
• Proficiency in Finance, Budgeting, and managing financial operations
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Prior experience in a senior management or COO role is highly desirable
