At M&A Food Group , we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Smoothie King franchise. This role is crucial in cultivating an encouraging atmosphere that fosters collaboration within the store team, ensuring a continuous commitment to operational excellence.

Type of position: Full-time, permanent

• High school diploma (Associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar customer service business
• Valid driver's license and proof of adequate car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general POS functionality)
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws
• Serv Safe Certification

• Ability to lead initiatives to improve team engagement and effectiveness
• Optimistic approach to challenging team situations

• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Ability to align team with departmental and brand goals
